quite aggresive looking birds!!
for me has the wow factor - love the composition with plenty of space for the bird to look into. The greenry in the foreground compliments the plain background.
A cracking image, David, so well presented. Carol
definately got the WOW factor.lesley
Suits the white BG - almost has a lith appearance.
I remember doing lith work in the darkroom in the distant past. What a difference now using the computer.
Very unusual shot of this bird.......I think it works really well.
Thanks all -
Jim not being one of the privileged few who, in their time, have had dark rooms - I know not the term Lith (peasant )
However a little thought (and a prowl around the web) suggests a lithograph connotation - which in turn as I see implies a graphic element ??
if so ........... Yes!
This was shot against the sky -
One (meaning me) is sitting in a 4X4 pointing upwards at some fowl of the air who will not come down to your level and, if exposed for the beast, the sky is bleached - much manouvering later almost by definition you end up with a 'Lith' shot
Highly commendable Image ~ Simply stunning
