This is a heavily manipulated photo of a dash board from another classic car. I have applied a whole lot of stuff to it to try to give it a retro-ish feel.

Let me know what you think.

I like the cross processed style tone on the new one but the way you've blurred the left dial and made it brighter makes it become more prominent and ineffective. In the original that was clear but more subtle in the shot. I like the idea of putting focus to the centre speed gauge so I'd tone down the left dial, while keeping it blurred.

Thanks for the input Pete. While adding the over exposure on the left I was thinking that someone might say something along those lines. But hey, I thought I would give it a go and see. I felt it gave it a very inperfect style. But not something I would have normally done. Experimentation Smile

I like it. The effect youve used work well, and would have the same suggestion as Pete.

beautiful work. really love the porcesseed one then clicked on he orriginal and cant decide. they are both really great pictures. I can see the orriginal version in magazines for old cars. the new version is more jazzy and creative. ok Im decided : love both.

I agree about the cross processing, it works well with this composition. Reminds me of an Album cover for some southern rock band
