I`m not religous or anything like that, I just enjoy looking out from our garden onto this church building. I admire the intricate work gone into it and the commanding elevation it has over the town Smile And the Autumnal colours etc make it even pleasing i reckon Smile


Bored rigid today, had some pysio yesterday on the knees and boy am I feeling it today !!!!!!!!!!! think I`ll give the excersizes they suggest a miss today Smile

No point going once and stopping Dave, the excercises will help but you have to do them every day. It gets better, don't give in my friend.
