Tiik this photo in the summer of 06. Had never seen anything like it bore and have never seen since that day. I think if maybe a butterfly by the wings. However it looks like a cross between bee/butterfly.lol Any comments on what you think this maybe is welcome. No special effects used .

firstly well spotted i havent seen one of these in the flesh but i am almost certain it is a narrow- bordered bee hawk-moth,

Thanks for your comments. I got on the web and looked up the Moth and there are photo of it and said that it's from the UK. So how it made it to southern WV I will never know. But I sure to thank you for letting me know what I captured for a photo that I may print out for a keep sake. May never see another in WV again.
