does look good but on second glance you can see that the blurring has been added manually. if you are shooting at 1/250 thats probably quick enough to mean the panning is not really that effective. better to try 1/90 or even 1/60. you might take 50 shots and only get one good one but it'll be very good Smile

nicely focused on the eye. I find that when shooting through glass you lose a little contrast. a slight twek in PS usually resolves this.
