Ben Alligin across the salt marshes at the head of Upper Loch Torridon, late on a rather changeable winter afternoon. Rather predictably it started hammering it down more or less as soon as we got out of the car but I could see a glimmer of brightness on the horizon so we stuck it out and after half an hour or so the rain abated and we got some brief transient moments of quite moody and dramatic light...
