Sorry I've not been around for months, I was so busy with the business side of things that I wasn't able to get out with the camera for about 6 or 7 weeks and apart from this one outing on Boxing Day I totally missed all the snow and ice :-(

Anyway it's the Roseberry tree again. I've shot it many times before (as have many others) but I've never been totally happy with the results so decided to have another go. I'm really please with this one, maybe not a show stopper but I love the soft light and simplicity of composition that the snow's created Smile

Thanks looking
Den

A very fine winter snow scene: love the way the snow is plastered over the side of the wall.

A very fine and beautifully composed winter snow scene: love the way the snow is plastered over the side of the lead-in wall.
Ronnie.

Like it Dennis, think i'd have given it more space around the tree had i shot it. Kind of splits the frame.

As you say Den not a show stopper but all the better for its understated colour and appealing composition.
