The title can apply to both the natural sunset light I was hoping might appear (but didn't) and the lighthouse light which I eventually had to give up on as I had somewhere else I needed to be.

Love the water movement all along the shore Derek, and the sea colour is gorgeous.

Certainly produced a good image out of what looks a very disappointing evening in terms of light Derek.
Like the sea colours and details in this foreground.

Either way Derek, well worth staying for the light that you had and were able to use so effectively - delightful detail and mood…

As always top class Derek, the water movement is just stunning against that turquoise sea... magnificent

Bad luck about the light, but that's the way it goes.
You have to work with what you're given, and you've been able to get the most out of it, ending up with a very pleasing image.

Same when I was there Derek, but all mine were spoilt by the sea spray on my filters as the day was rather windy Sad

Love the colour of the sea! The light maybe not as you'd hoped for but it still has a lovely feel to it Derek!
