You've improved on the compact shot you got here. The frost really picks out the textures of the wood and the long exposure removes any distractions from the water. The Groyne serves as an excellent lead in and the powerstation a complimentary FP to the grain of the post.

The frost on the groyne suggests that the water may be literally frozen and not just as a result of your long exposure. Very nice indeed!
