As I was walking around at the London Wetland Centre, I heard the unmistakable song of a reed warbler. As I rounded the corner, it gotlouder and louder and I knew it was nearby. After a bit of scanning, I spotted it singing low down, just above the reeds, in this tree. I slowly crept up and put my tripod down in the grass, and it stayed there, allowing me to get a number of shots.

Yeah I know but the wind was strong so the reeds kept blowing across in front.
