Butterfly & Blu-tack by mrswoolybill I love it as it is... rather an innovative approach to the other commercial explorations of the theme. |
an other cymbal player by pascalg this shot is the story of a lifetime in itself. greatly spotted and captured. |
great feeling, made me unable to find the right words for accompanying the vote. |
Personal demons 3 by mrswoolybill the tragic, the grotesque, the sublime...hard for me to decide. Great exploration of the theme... |
great composition, game of curves and colors. it makes my brain tickle when i let myself dragged into it. |
flavour of spring by nickrubber a delicious shot, I'd say |
dark, mysterious corner by davelivesey love the way how this image plays with the viewer's eye, perfectly composed and thought of. |
Workstation - St Germain des prés by mrswoolybill lovely candid shots, especially with all the elements in the background. It's funny how mono changed the way I feel about photographs where there are loads of technical stuff like the netbook, headphones, etc... Before seeing this, I really hated the immersion of electronics in photos which were meant to create a mood / atmosphere which was not commercial. |
lovely atmosphere, the mono is a great choice too! |
The grab, the girders & Warren's black eye by mrswoolybill the lensbaby were an excellent idea, the distortion adds so much dynamism to the shots. an inspired choice, as well as the mono. |
i like the pov a lot, but I think a color version would work even better |
River Yamuna, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India - 03/11 by tobydeveson lovely. the overexposure works simply great and the reflections made me bookmark this. a picture i would look at for ages. |
It seemed very Japanese to me in the thumbnail, and thinking about the meaning of 'relationship' I realized I really like this picture a lot... |
