"pine" marten

an inquisitive Martes Martes, watching us from the top of the tree
They were known to exist in these areas, but are very rarely seen, I personally had only seen them in drawings, when I was a little girl. When I stumbled upon this little fellow, my first thought was "Oh my God, what a huge squirrel!!!"...later I found out I was terribly lucky to find such a rare little creature
