This was taken in the summer this year on the beautiful Aran islands, there is three of them just an hours crossing on the ferry from just past Galway, west coast of Ireland. This island is called the Inis mor. Its the largest of the three. We had visited the smaller one last year just for the day. We spent a few days here camping and took or fold away bikes with us to be able to cover the whole island. yes its quite large and bikes are highly recommended.i wont go into details about the camp site, lets say not highly recommended at all. I took lots of photos and really enjoyed the trip. Some nice pubs catering for all your needs, and music nightly..You can also fly over to this island, must be the shortest trip on record, six minutes I do believe.I hope you enjoy looking at some of these captures of this truly splendid place. I do hope to go back next year and visit the middle island called Inis meain, the smallest called Inis oirr. very worth while offering lots of accomadation, just leave your tents at home perhaps.Votes and comments most welcome..![]()
