My daughter Susie had her first baby last night at 11pm.
Almost 9lbs ..a little boy called Tarren John unless they change their mind !Smile
She is really tiny..7stone and 5ft 2 so it was a huge struggle and she had to have help but they both seems fine .
I am so very relieved and will know more when we see them later.
Huge thanks to everyone who has asked about her Smile
Happy Sunday to all.

Thank you Angela..they are still in hospital as Susie is not too good ..I think the labour was a real struggle !
We have seen the baby now..he is gorgeous, golden blonde hair and a peachy skin. Hopefully, tomorrow they will be able to come home. Smile

Congratulations to Susie and the family, and to proud grandmother Di!
I checked back a couple of days ago to see if there was any news (you're one of the few people I know that uses their blog here) because having read that she was nine days late my mind was going back to the rather disastrous arrival of my number four. Glad to hear, though, that all's well that ends well.
I also chanced upon the thread in the forum which I had been avoiding like the plague too! Thank God there are still enough civilised people here to make it all worth while!
All the best
Lucy

Today has been a better day and Susie is now home. The baby is gorgeous, I have completely fallen in love with him Smile
