I love Blogs. I love the galleries. I love Word Association even though there are some who HATE it but it makes me laugh so many times !
I was horrified to find out that I was the top forum poster for August and I will never live it down if jools has anything to do with it. Karen let me know I was top of the list with a secret smile on her face. Smile
Trouble is I find it all so addictive and with 101 other things to do I have to be so strict with myself otherwise I wouldn't get anything done at all.
If I add my face and start playing the games there too I will never be off this computer. I have already limited myself to uploading one photograph a week.
So..... How do you find the time to fit it all in and all the other jobs that you have to do..please let me into your secret ?

I know what you mean....I actually started using a timer. I set my timer, and when it goes off, I am up to go and tend to something else.
The business I am setting up is an online business so I am at the computer for that as well.

Before photography I was selling vintage things that I would buy and refurbish. I would paint roses on a piece of furniture or even a fancy old phone, generally making it look very feminine... another online business.

I had to think of something to help me remember to get up and move. Smile

Thanks Karen..now I am supremely jealous ! Wink..not sure I quite believe you though as I have read your blogs !! Smile

I just love furniture that has been painted and restored Lisa..roses and all things pretty and feminine. I like de coupage too...I think that is how you spell it. Cut out pictures of flowers etc that are then lacquered over. I have the most beautiful clock in our kitchen that is covered in butterflies and flowers; it was made by a friend of ours and is one of my favourite possessions.

I was going to create an album in my portfolio with pictures of things I have painted, but it only allows you to put pictures in from your gallery.
That makes sense though, otherwise people would probably be loading up huge family albums and such.

You could take some photos of your painting and upload into the gallery..they would be so interesting. Then you could transfer them.
Have a lovely weekend Lisa. Smile
