whilst we all say that we appreciate comments from strangers, i doubt it is always true;

unf i think that you have lost detila in the light face area due to having your exposure compensation set positive, personally i would generally take such a subject with a little negative compensation as it is generally easier to correct shadows than it is blown highlights. if your camera has the option to shoot RAW then this also assists but do check your camera's histogram.

i do however like the water, very peculiar for 1/500!
