This morning I wasn't in the highest of spirits, but a few hours spent here and a little sunshine put me back on fine form.
'Here' is Cenarth in South Wales, not far from Cardigan. It is on the River Teifi and is a lovely little village, with lots worth photographing.
After exploring the falls we had our sandwiches sitting on the river bank, watching the nuthatches and treecreepers wandering up and down the trees next to us.
I have to say this is one of the most therapeutic places I have been and I didn't even put my hands in the healing spring waters.
By the way, the branch hanging on to the falls looks odd because it had a thick sheath of ice around it.
