these picture was taken thinking that sometimes we need a hand to survive.
This has a nightmare, surreal feel to it that I find quite disturbing, if that was your intention then you have succeeded . Not my cup of tea but , a good image all the same
I agree with Colin that it has a surreal feel which is a bit unsettling. The rational part of my mind keeps trying to work out what is going on, but perhaps I am being too analytical. What is covering the hand? Is it sand? Not sure I'd be eager to reach out and grab it. I find the grass going across the fingers a bit of a distraction.
it looks like a baby's hand in the womb to me..
Thanks for your coments, I apeciate them.
when I toke that photo I was blue and thinking what that hand try to give me.Thanks a lot.
As a concept, i think nice one, helping hand coming out of who knowswhere....
technically, I think the sharp focus on just the thumb is a bit distracting, and the texture of it loks kinfd of waxy and unreal (I'm not suggesting it is unreal, just looks like that.)
but hey, I'm nitpicking, you've portrayed well what you intended. Hope you're feeling better now
It is as good an effort as any other and a start to your portfolio. I am not sure whether u intended to achieve exactly these results, did you? It is difficult to comment without knowing whether you did. Anyway, keep at it okay.
