Hunterfirstly... welcome to ePz, i hope you find it constructive.
composition strong but maybe just a slight bit off to the left put his head on the thirds line left without cropping his whiskers out, maybe stronger with more body . the colours and lighting are perfect, possible only crit would be if he was to bring his eyeline down and look straight at the lens, more impact.

SCENES FROM A CITYwell captured street photography, have to say version three is the strongest, but in version one i find the well balanced and leading to the yeye, following thru the arch, and the place ment of the people very strong, BUT, sorry i have to say the inclusion of the street ashtray ruins it!!! even just a wee crop post capture would have solved this.
