A shot of an engine driver I took at the Steam Fair a few days ago. I have enhanced the lines on his face to bring out his character. He was talking to someone at the time and had no idea I had taken his picture.

Hi Geoff

Thanks for your vote. Open the Large Version of the above picture then right click on it and Save Picture As and put it on your hard drive. Then come back to this page and up load your modified version. Hope that makes sense!

Regards
Dionne

Hi Doug(thefatcat44)

Sorry I did not reply yesterday (I was out for most of the day). I cannot give you an exact method of what I did on this or on the one I posted on the 2.9.07 as I play around and use whatever tools, adjustment layers, blending modes I think I need to get the effect I want for the image. I have only done 2 so far and am working on another and I did different things to them. Much depends on the light and the face (some faces work better than others). If you asked me to re do this one it would almost certainly not end up looking like this because I have no set moves and in all honesty I cannot recall exactly what I did. Sorry I cannot be of more help however, for me, I look for faces with interesting lines and set out to excentuate them.

Regards Dionne
