The most famous element of Edinburgh's annual fireworks display is the impressive waterfall effect down the rock face.
I've been trying to get this right for years, and finally cracked it with the judicious placement of a gloved thumb for the majority of the exposure. As a result, it's eight seconds at F29 for the airborne rockets, and maybe about 1.5 - 2 seconds for the falls, which can hurt your eyes to watch, even from a mile and a half away ![]()
