Rose and Raindrops
A good attempt.I am not sure which part of the bloom you have selected to be in focus.
Personally, I think you would achieve more by using a smaller aperture, perhaps F8 or F11 and getting more of the bloom in sharp focus.
Focus on a point around a third of the way into the flower. I would also use a tripod as with such apertures in similar light you will find the shutter speed too slow for hand holding.
