beautiful shot,I really like this angle and love how the sun is seen through the peir its quite a magical morning, love the peirs angle in the shot how it runs of into the distance but not in the usual expected way,the wave motion is captured nicely, the reflections great adds to the warmth, and love the foreground pebbles it adds to the motion 
Really nice, spot on exposure and a nice thought out composition.
The only thing I don't like, and its nothing to do with your particular image, its that bloody flag pole!! I've seen it in other pics taken here and it always annoys me, I'd definately touch it out.
Sorry for the downer, your image is spot on, the flagpole aint.

Another great shot Phil. I'm going to stick my neck out here and say I prefer lilac dawn, there's something in those colours that really appeal to me in that shot. Top drawer stuff pal!
