Description

Gazania

Country of origin: S Africa, however, most grown in gardens are hybrids. H about 9-12 inches.

Taken in my sister, Maggie's garden during early August. As the bg was soil I had to resort to PS to alter this, removed lots of leaves and kept only one, the placing of which I rather like. The flower is such a firey colour with spoke-like petals, there was really only one possible title. Hope you like!

Stunning colour and sharpness Ann. I particularly like the part of the petal as it goes into the centre, that deep burgundy changing to green....gorgeous.
