Burgh Island

Burgh IslandExcellent image, nice composition, good fore mid and back ground. rocks in the foreground may be a bit underexposed probably because of the time of the day, sometimes bracketing using multiple expoure may help. I have just tried to brighten the rocks and added some contrast. I am not an expert, I have just tried have a look and decide

snow scene

snow sceneWelcome to EPZ,
I am not an expert in photography, so I cant comment on a lot of technical aspect. All I can say is, the photo appears a little too blue for my liking that doesn't show the snow colour very well. I am not too sure if you wanted it to come out blue. However, I have tried to bring some of the snow colour back using curves in ps and then using topaz filter. I know a lot of people do not like topaz filter, but it was looking nice so uploading for you to have a look

Mournful Primate

Mournful PrimateHi Patrick,
I like the overall shot, just a few points it appears that the image is not very sharp (but you have already stated that it was a quick snap to capture the moment rather than planning and taking). The wooden cross type thing in the fore ground is distracting to the eye. (we can either crop it off which I did in the mod, or clone the area). I have also added a black border for eyes to focus a bit more.
