You have a lovely scene, and you were there to get it, so great! Your horizon isn't straight, which you can change in an image manipulation program easily, and if you have gridlines available on your viewfinder this can make it easier at the taking stage. Also, your contrast is a bit lacking. When I looked at the histogram, there is a gap at the dark end, which is why your image lacks some of the punch it could have. More happy sunset shooting, I hope.

Horizon straightened, increased contrast using very gentle "S" curve, applied "auto tone" to liven up the sky and darken the sea.
And that's all.
I've uploaded a mod.

Sorry, should have said; all done in CS5 but a similar job could be done using practically anything.
