This is the river coupal running below my favourite mountain, both for looking at and climbing. This morning it was the perfect backdrop, the light was amazing and lasted only 20 minutes. It's only taken me 20 years to get this scene in such beautiful light.

Recently saw this in the DEC 2006 issue of 'digital SLR user, so congrats on that.

i have to say i like the magazine version better as it appears sharper and not quite so saturated, excellent shot though, i like the portrait version better than the landscape one.
