Another shot from the Yorkshire Airshow at Elvington on 18th August.

This is Miss Demeanor.
It is a Hawker Hunter F.58A Registration G-PSST.

This aircraft is operated by Heritage Aviation Developments and was built in 1956.
I was built in the same year, but I must admit that I am not in as good condition!

Shot with camera mounted on a monopod with ball head.
300mm, 1/500 sec, f5.0, ISO100

Hope you like it.

Comments welcome.

Superb aircraft, well captured, classic simple swept wing design, love these jets from the early days of military jet aviation.

great exposure has captured the wonderful colours of this classic jet, good work!

Thanks Joe.
The weather wasn't too good as you can see, but it was an enjoyable day out.

Thanks Caleb.
With such a huge range of exposure values needed from the back to the front it is hard to get it just right.
I think this is about the best I could do without resorting to a fair bit of manipulation.
