Thanks folks. Paul this appears to be a classic view all of a sudden but I didn't know that at the time. Could only remember an image from Mr Henson but that was the other pier. Lucky with the conditions but 'you have got to be in it to win it!'

As Alun has said its the reflected sunlight at the edge of the puddle that lifts this.
