This is the view from the beach, down from the house at Grobsness, where i lived in the Shetland Islands, across the water known as Cole Deep, to the island of Linga. The sun had set, it was amazingly still, and this is a 16sec long exposure.

Happy to give you your 30. The purple in my Serenity was more to do with lightroom and Photoshop than the filter, as it was only an ND Grad that Colin had given me.

Cheers Paul - both pics have that same tranquil quality, but i actually prefer yours. I might look into that kind of colouring for a couple of my landscapes.

I like the colour combination. Often placing the horizon across the centre of the picture is not a good idea, but here it helps to reinforce the static and still nature of "Serenity". Click.
