Out last Friday with Paulcr stalking the people and places around Malahide.
Malahide Castle nice place but full of tourists
A HDR effort!
I really like this shot but do believe you could crop a little off the bottom there is rather a lot of foreground doing nowt - excellent shot just the same
Thank you Ann for your comment and I think your right
Moody image with a strange sky, which suits it somehow! Like it!
Thanks for the votes Barbara and Linda
An amazing image-shot
Thanks Dennis much appreciated
two crackers v2 my favourite nice one
brilliant website too
Nice one Bro......
I think you should crop the foreground and Post that only.
Love the Pic
OK thankyou for pm having looked again hard and long several times I am going to suggest (your gonna hate me) on the left (and on the right actually) you can see a bit of gravel! if you were to crop just by the grass there, thats enough of the crop, dare I say try again and I think you might find the improvement more appealing to the eye. Its all a question of whats enuff and whats too much but the main thing is for you to like the final result - good picture
Hmm, pulled between V2 and V3. I think I'm going to go for v3 though 'cos I like the way the grass goes to each corner bringing you more into the shot..
Thanks Buddy V3 it is then see you in morning !
V3 looks just right Eamonn, a lovely low light shot,
v2 and 3 for me, eerie images, fantastic sky. Jeanette
Thanks Geoff and Jeanette comments & votes appreciated
A cool looking castle, none around here so I do enjoy looking at them on the site.
I find your composition very appealing.
I think they are all great and I also think v1 works. I think it would be better though if you took a shot lower to the ground. That way you can include a lot of foreground.
Great PPing mate, I think they are great.
Nice one Eamonn,
I wish that they would cut down that bush left at the end of the ath,,or cut it back,,,rant over,,5;38 am..
Thanks Ian, must take a trip back to Malahide Castle and try that low down shot your tips are very much appreciated. I think your PF has reached new levels of photography
