I disagree. In my eyes the foreground leads in every sense, both as an image and in telling a story to the wreck itself. The ship was quite possibly wrecked against those rocks and certainly they were there well before the ship and will remain so long after the ship has returned to its component parts. They invite the viewer to consider that regardless of how big a ship man builds, nature will always win in the end.
