Alliums, supplying a little "light relief" on one of many grey and difficult days, difficult thanks to the poor light, high winds and seemingly non-stop rain at present. Gardening as well as photography are activities which have to be fitted into whatever brief occasion the weather allows!

Indeed, a very good title for this floral explosion, Ann: we seem to be on the same wavelength today, both posting floral shots with fill-in flash in poor light.
And it has worked a treat with these Alliums.

These Alliums still stay standing and look interesting despite having lost most of the petals. Excellent detail and very well composed.

A very fitting title for this wonderful image... Excellent.. Agree about the grey weather. I am on stay cation this week, & was hoping to capture the Island at it's best.. Not too be. Just grey flat tones
