Sun was out this morning so it was a sudden rush to frampton marsh at 6.00am looking for the black winged stilts but no joy.still had a good morning with yellow wagtail,common sandpiper, turtle doveterns and martins.This is a shot of one of the passing avocets near the 360 hide. I`d say this was as good as the Black winged stilts Scott. Avocets were all but wiped out in this country before world war two. Lovely shot of this Avocet.
