Picture size !
I use the picture resizer on windows, always go for a medium sized file to fit an 800 x 600 screen.
The dimensions of a full frame are then around 800 x 540, or between 60kb and 100kb. I do hope this is of some help, you could do it in photoshop I guess but don't use it myself much.
