I think the path here makes a good lead-in line into the photo and also like the starburst effect that the aperture of f14 has produced. You also got the exposure spot on too and have good reflections in the water.
Of course, one problem with shooting upward is converging verticals and i'm guessing that the slight barrel distortion that you get at the wide end of the lens you used has helped excacerbate this.
One thing that you could try if you have photoshop or elements would be to duplicate the layer and zoom out a bit. Then you can select the free transform tool, and using the perspective mode, try dragging out the top corner handles which should help straighten out the buildings. If the perspective mode does not look right you could also try distort.
This would have the effect of pushing the two outer most buildings out of the canvas. You may also have to extend the canvas at the top of the photo to prevent losing the top of the two towers.
One other thing that played to your advantage here was the two people standing on the bridge. Even at a 4 second exposure they were recorded sharp and were probably just standing and enjoying the view. These people though help give the scene some scale.
