The Harvest...

Bought some veg and then had an idea..... so went and bought some more

It's been a while since I've done a still life, and I'd forgotten how relaxing it was. This was set up on the floor, with a glass door to the left for light. On the right, I used a large piece of white card to reflect some of the light back, and used the on camera flash with a make-shift diffuser, just to add a bit of fill. (The diffuser was used to stop too many catch-lights on the tomatoes).

And most of this will end up as soup tomorrow (Except the Marrow...... I really don't like Marrow, but the pattern on the skin was pretty )
