There were not many surfers that stayed upright for long in the strong waves.

Great movement shot."Hell's Mouth" or PORTH NEIGWL as we call it here in Welsh.I only live about 2-3 miles from there,you could have pass here on your way there .I often cycle there to see the brave surfers,but I enjoy going there in winter when it's really rough.

You mean it gets rougher than this! You could feel the power of the waves as they hit the beach. Thanks for comment, I used my 70 - 300 mm lens but it was such a misty day it was difficult to get much detail, these photos have been well photoshopped to get much out of them and this is why they are grainy. We stayed up outside Aberdaron at a farm cottage in a place call Analog. Great place, we will return. ![]()
