Almost high tide on Sat 1st feb at Wick harbour

V2 is the sea waves about 1/2 mile up river from the sea

V3 is a pinhole image of Staxigoe harbour on 27 Jan. See the wreckage of a small boat in bottom right corner.

Couple of good captures. Maybe driver of van was asleep in his cab! Not the best place to park up. Do you have surfers using the waves going up the river?, like the River Seven.

Waves up the river are very unusual and the rivers not that deep. As for the lorry its parked at a commercial company's yard

That's seriously scary, Eric, in V1 especially.
Three very different perspectives have made for a very good set..
High drama in V1...chilling documentary feel to V2...Impressionistic threatening eeriness in V3 ( my favourite Grin )
