Hi Jonathan. Moody shot, but I think if you'd set the speed to 8 secs or more and the apature to F10 or higher, then the depth of field would have been increased and the buildings would be in focus, andthe water soft as it's moving. If you don't have tripod with you then often a post or railing can be very useful as a steady platform.
