Whole goddam sites like a fairybox of safe and sure and sound , How sweet.
Heres a quick one to ponder
Rant over tomorrow, its this stuff they gave me , was only a head cold.
Thoughts to go to bed with and eyes that will stay with me all night.
Incredible work and who wants to be sugar and spice all the time with their photography.
Man Flu can give you hallucinations!!! I dare you to do a flower picture...cleanse your soul lol!!
And no flies!!!
Love this..depth is ace...!
Fantastic as always, great depth.
I thought at first glance it was titled the Muslin dilemma which would explain some of those nice clothy textures.
Fortunately you're very rarely safe and sound Dave, and no hint of saccharine solace here. Photographers of robins, pastel skies and small furry mammals beware.
Very thought provoking..
Enslaved, To be enslaved to the sweetened ..!
composition placed together beautifully..!
I wus going to suggest a Robin as well..!!!
One to make you think! The all seeing eyes and what is that red bloody thing? Brilliant!............Sandy
Got your point!
and, I hope you feel better soon ( not related to the art work)
Fabulous image and strong sentiment!
Sigh.....I have been shouting the same sentiment for ages, but no-one listens.......well done fella, you clearly have more of a voice than I do to make a point........
Now this has a reason to exist..its extremley powerful and the thought that has gone it it is powerful..not sure it even needs the 2nd figure...its the way you have done this makes it quite simple in the execution and for me its one of your best images...
Have a Mollie!
....................................blows evaporate out of the water..er no pun intended so do not blow a fuse will you..call you on my mobile later...:0)
I don't understand it however it made me stop, look & think...much to see, even more to consider.
mmm , thanks , I only slapped it together in a small while when I was going through the gallery last night under the influence of all these antibiotic histamine odd things.
And I was going to call it "The pondering Muslim , a bit late now" but that might have been a bit contro , esp after I added some forensic wiring bits on v2.
Fingers on the delete button cos its grating and mollie will be left with evaporation for a while , haha.
Robins and flowers aaaaaaaaagh
Thought provoking and texturey. No Kingfishers?
Edited comment ,
Kingfishers are nice , Kingfishers are nice Kingfishers are nice Kingfishers are nice
Reminds me of a Stormtrooper looking at a poppy. Not really a deep thought, but that was my first impression without reading the blurb.
Its a Burka , not a flippin storm trooper , but then again ...
SO NOW WHOS A BURK...AH!........evaporates away.....................we have a nice robin in our garden, just thought you should know!
Relaxing and menacing at the same time. I like the stone detial loads. I wish i understood more of it and how you arrived at it.
You know what Dave, at first this made me chuckle - in my idiotic fashion I too had thoughts along the line of Chris (thank goodness I am not the only one!) and then it made me think...... got 'edake now!
Brill work as always - deep, thoughtful, political even? Clever. Brill.
Sue PS - hope you are feeling perky now - not sure I should have said that!
Hey ho , another one flies over the cuckoos nest !
Theres a clue in the tag Sue x
Nah, still un-perked , but time for a shuftie and get some inspiration methinks.
In coded terms Dave, a bit of a bang coming and already done, future things to come even, hope you feel more tweety!!! after the flewman!
PS: take a lemsip with whisky..it works, well it does for me..
a fairybox of safe and sure and sound
Dave i am guilty of this,
but you have given me a licence,
just have a look back into the bowels of my folder and see if i have a black night one
you'll be getting a fatwa if you're not careful dave....some religions don't have a sense of humour....lol

Thank you Sue. Dave'll be putting us both on the naughty step soon for not imagining his imaginings.
Lol Chris , Im well used to it by now , and hey Paree , best to stay lightside , this side makes you strange. x
may i dare to venture
what the hell is this about
i have no idea
Best I dont explain x
Great shapes and textures ....... and blending.......... with meaning....... n i c e . . .
Hi Dave, up do see where other don't!
Equality fails in many ways.
Well now that's what I call thought provoking - brilliant work!
spossed to be thought provokin
Wonderful thought provoking picture, you do have an amazing series of images that could be fantastic for a gothic picture book or even a movie. First that came to my mind & quite similar to your graphic genre & storyline is Pan's Labyrinth under the directorship of Guillermo del Toro; second is Labyrinth directed by Jim Henson & produced by George Lucas ....even the movie director M.Night Shyamalan might be inspired by some of your outstanding images. Keep it up, you never know.
They are good directors of scene and music in the 3d world for sure !
I keep meaning to do a website , mmm , maybe its time to fly away after all
