Breaking the Law

Another panning shot that I couldn't resist uploading after yesterdays.

This one entitled 'Breaking the Law' is a bit of a misnomer really, if this was in any developed country then yes it would be true but 'This is India', and along with many other countries in Asia this sort of thing is wholly acceptable!
