The Uphill Slog

Last Saturday saw the final round of the Nutcracker MTB XC series in Swaledale. It was a long slog uphill to start with followed by a run, into the wind, along the top of the moors before a fast descent. The weather was unusually hot and the skies were alive with clouds and vapour trails. Great way to spend and afternoon
