Going by what I can see this looks like it has the potential to be a lovely quiet reflective evening, and I love the shape of those wisps of cloud - however it's difficult to give any real critique without knowing what equipment you've used and what you have available. For instance in this kind of shot I would suggest using filters so that you can bring out more detail in the foreground whilst holding back the light in the sky so that it doesn't over-expose.

Saying that, however, I do like the silhouettes of the palms especially in the distance where they becoming bluer in the haze or mist.

I think that's what I'd suggest really - give us some more details when you next upload a pic so that we can give you feedback according to what equipment and lenses you have 8-]
