Enough movement in the water to remind us why we needed lighthouses in the first place.
The rocks serve the same purpose.
So not just a great image to show of your superb photography skills but a reminder of the perils of the sea.

It's called Trinity House Obelisk, was built in 1844 to warn ships off the coast during the day , the lighthouse was built in 1906 Smile

Lovely FG wash and a dramatic sky indicates the role of the lighthouse very well, the light being on is the icing on the cake. A beauty.

Firstly well done for getting on to the beach. (Not that easy if memory serves)
Its a beautifully crafted image. Carefully composed, well timed water movement and a muted colour palette that suits the conditions.
Excellent work Jeremy.

Outstanding atmospheric capture, Jeremy. The light in the Bill lighthouse and the FG water movement is superb.
