Taken about 45mins before sunrise, the clouds were thick as mud so it wasn't going to be a colourful sunrise . The light off the Liverpool docks gave colour to the scene
Thanks for looking
(for Alan )
Looks as if he is marooned
The statue is a fitting tribute to the dockers and he leads us into the scene
with that reflected light in the watery trail.
The statue is beautifully placed, and he stands rather neatly in the pool of water with the soft reflected light, surrounded by the patterned sand.
Excellent composition and colour.
A superb profile shot!
That's another outstanding image, Jeremy!
A stunning capture
Liking the low light and how it catches the ripples of sand - more beautiful work from you Jeremy!
Fantastic shot, Jeremy!!!
Thanks a bunch Jeremy.
Nice colour, great sand ripples.
Even with a lousy sunrise you have managed to get a great sky. The composition and clarity are first class as usual Jeremy.
I'm sorry I missed this Jeremy. That sky looks like its on fire and the watcher looks on over desolation.... superb!
Superb LE capture, Jeremy. Stunning comp, sky and FG detail.
