Stunning - we were further up the coast a couple of days ago and didn't get to Saltwick. Sorry I missed it - love this composition and early morning light.

I prefer the greater contrast in V1 Jeremy. Excellent image.

The vertical format works well with the seaweed covered rocks. Think I agree with Derek re v1. Lovely image from Saltwick Bay.

Nicely done Jeremy, great detail in the foreground rocks and weed .......... I prefer the original to the variant though I'd maybe layer blend the very nearest foreground rock from it Wink

V1 for me. I normally try to avoid seaweed in my seascapes but you show here how to use it to great effect.

Steve.

Wonderful detail in f/g and good composition with the rock on horizon nicely placed.
V1 has the edge for me.

The vertical format works really well here and (as usual Smile) the detail is excellent. I like the way you've composed this and particularly the placement of the rock on the horizon. V1 gets my vote for the extra contrast, although they're both cracking images.
Regards
Anna

Great image with a super FG. I have to say I prefer V2 FG and V1 middle/distance... perhaps a blend?! It's a very interesting sea stack distant focal point too.
