Hi Smile, i wanted as much movement in the clouds as possible so i ended up using a 10 stop,a lee .9 solid and waved around a .9 grad hard for about 30secs so lots of glass used which isnt ideal but it gave the clouds a nice wispy lookSmile

Well worth the trouble you went to to get the movement in the clouds as the effect is first class. Lovely warm light and cracking detail, as always Smile

I love this and was interested to see how you achieved it.
The light and blur on the crop is wonderful.
Overall very pleasing composition - road leading in to that lovely lighthouse
and sky worked to produce those clouds.
Excellent.

This has all the ticks in the right boxes for me. I love the texture and colour in the crop with great composition.
Your settings were good to attain the movement in the clouds but I think it put more into your picture.
Well done. WesternRed.

Lovely strong composition and I think your improvisation to achieve a longer exposure is especially merit-worthy! Of course solid NDs can be got quite cheaply... Tongue Wink !!

An exceptional beautiful composition, with well defined lead lines, a great subject matter, captured from a great point of view. Certainly a photograph which I admire very much.
