, This was taken this morning on the Baslow Edge in the Peak Distict,the heather unfortunately was just on its way out (its a narrow window for the full colour,)used a lee .9 hard filter,2 shots stitched together,hope you all had good weekend

Its that misty, [cooling], time of year. This early light works perfectly! TG
Lovely early morning light. I suffered from the fading heather syndrome as well this morning. I've marked end of August in my diary next year for some heather shots!
Lovely light and just enough mist for atmosphere but retaining the detail. Looks a great day to be up there.
