A image which tells a story , yet has great photographic appeal.
The expression captured is at least accomodating when he might well have been annoyed.

Crossing the boundary from photojournalism to National Geographic! The light on your subject's face is excellent, as is the eye contact. The background is interesting without being distracting but you've certainly described his circumstances with all the grime and detail, as well as making him small in the frame.

This is an excellent picture but am I the only one who feels guilty as I sit in my warm comfortable house, making eye contact with someone whose life is almost unimaginable to most of us?

another wonderful capture on a cold morning.. the expression on his face - there's always a feeling of gratefulness, being blessed by the attention of someone.. which is sometimes hidden by a somber and sometimes hostile look.. (perhaps).. he is very excited and he is trying to relax himself..
